API which can be used to set the active Security > Access Policy for both Administrative and User Login

Currently, the Portal under Security > Access Policy allows an administrator to set the Access Policy that is active for the Administrative Console Access and/or Home Page Access. Unfortunately, this cannot be done via the API. If an Administrator mistakenly implements the wrong Access Policy for Administrative Console Access, there is no way to recover other than to engage IBM directly.

We would like to see an API, assuming the API Access Token were provided the appropriate permissions, that would allow the active Administrative Console Access and Home Page Access Access Policies to be set outside of the Admin Portal.

Due to a large volume of requests, we have to prioritize development time according to the most critical needs of our customers while ensuring security measure remain in tact. This feature, in part, provides an access token the ability to by pass certain security settings we believe important to maintaining a secure platform. Therefore we will not be planning this feature for a future release at this time however, stay willing to hear more on the necessity of this feature from the community. As always, thank you very much for your suggestion.
