Currently, the Portal under Security > Access Policy allows an administrator to set the Access Policy that is active for the Administrative Console Access and/or Home Page Access. Unfortunately, this cannot be done via the API. If an Administrator mistakenly implements the wrong Access Policy for Administrative Console Access, there is no way to recover other than to engage IBM directly.
We would like to see an API, assuming the API Access Token were provided the appropriate permissions, that would allow the active Administrative Console Access and Home Page Access Access Policies to be set outside of the Admin Portal.
