Ability to delegate or assign admin privileges to non-admin users

For example, admins should be able to allow users with 'manager' attribute to manage their own direct report user accounts, with actions such as expire passwords, deactivate account, add user to group, and add user to application

    Hi there,

    Thanks for idea, we are going to accept this and put it in our backlog. Unfortuantely we do not have a date at this time to provide for scheduling but we will certainly get back as soon as possible. Thanks!
