Add @USER_FRIENDLY_NAME@ macro to all the emails notifications

On this template: templates\factors\USER_MGMT\UserManagementEmails\default\default

you have the @USERNAME@ macro but don't have the @USER_FRIENDLY_NAME@ macro.
We need to have this macro on every notification template.

On this template: templates\factors\EmailNotification\default\default you do have the @USER_FRIENDLY_NAME@ macro.

Ideally we should have a dynamic macro @USER_ATTRIBUTE.NAME@ where NAME is the name of any attribute of the user. This should be added on all the templates that work for a particular user. This would add a greater degree of flexibility at the time of building custom templates. And implementation shouldn't be too difficult.

This is a great idea, we will go ahead and accept it and add it to our backlog for later this year or early next. We will be in touch should we have any questions.
