Today, Verify SaaS offers on the self service console under Profile & settings just a view of the core user data with the values Formatted name, User name and more.
Those values are just displayed there, but not editable for the user using this self service.
As Verify SaaS has a CIAM focus in many use cases and customers expect those data to be editable. For the end user using Verify SaaS there is no option to change a name or an email address by his own. An admin has to change it on an administrative console. Multiplied by millions of users in a CIAM environment this is giving much pressure and work to those admins.
Best would be to change those data fields into editable or not editable depending on a configured setting.
