Add support for Bridge [for Authentication] to read User Profile attributes without requiring JITP to be enabled

As of Version 1.0.12, IBM Security Verify Bridge [for authentication] does not read user profile attributes unless Just-in-time-Provisioning (JITP) is enabled. This means when a user is signing in, and they do not have an MFA registered, Verify SaaS is not able to read their email address from their user profile and so is unable to send them an OTP. If you enable JITP, however, the user's email address is read from their user profile, and they're automatically emailed an OTP by Verify SaaS. Bridge [for authentication]/Verify SaaS should read the user profile attributes, regardless of whether JITP is enabled for the identity source.
