IBM Z for Linux runs on Redhat. IBM ISV has PAM modules for Redhat on Intel and recently being ported on IBM Power. IBM Spectrum Scale is signing up a DOU with IBM ISV for being its MFA partner.
IBM Spectrum Scale is a software-defined storage available on Intel/Power and Z. Hence there is a need for the IBM ISV PAM modules on IBM Z for Linux also to work.
