Provide access to TPS (Transactions per second) report

We would like to get a report dashboard -- like a graph or a bar chart that indicates the TPS usage on the tenant. Also, an API to query the active TPS for that instance.

    The metric is needed to look at TPS trend across days, to determine how citizen authentication and SSO usage impacts TPS, determine if immediate remediation is needed by requesting increase in TPS limit. We also want to determine current capacity and determine if architecture changes are needed to improve capacity utilization to handle higher State citizen loads.

    Thank you for your idea. With the TPS provided in a report, what is the action that you would want to take based on the indicator? Is there an expected remediation action that you should be able to take?
