Way to not allow login according to user data

Add a way to not allow the user to login if a custom attribute it is set to a certain value or it is not setted.

Add a way to not allow the user to login if urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:ibm:2.0:User:emailVerified it is set to false.

    Thank you for your idea. We do support this today through the policy editor. Preventing user login to applications can be defined as:

    Applying this to applications is done at the individual app level or you can apply this to the user launchpad or admin console.
